The Python documentation is now available in Russian!
We’re excited to announce that the Python documentation is now available in Russian (русский)! 🎉
A huge thank you to everyone who contributed their time and expertise to the translation effort. Community contributions like these help make Python more accessible to people around the world.
Did you know?
Two letters of the Russian alphabet, ь (the soft sign) and ъ (the hard sign), don’t represent sounds of their own. Instead, they affect how other letters are pronounced or help separate sounds. See Wikipedia to learn more.

Python’s documentation is available in many other languages as well, and these translations depend on contributors to keep them accurate and up to date. If you’d like to help translate or maintain Python documentation in your language, take a look at the translation guide in the Python Developer’s Guide and the Translation dashboard.
